Come celebrate the beginning of spring as Pasadena Pro Musica presents Haydn’s Lord Nelson Mass

This Mass #11 in D-minor, also called Missa in Angustiis (Mass for troubled times), is one of the great masterworks of the renowned Franz Joseph Haydn. It will be presented on Sunday, March 12 at 4:00 p.m. at the Neighborhood Church, 301 North Orange Grove Blvd., Pasadena, CA 91103. The composition highlights the soloists and chorus while also allowing PPM’s accompanying chamber orchestra to play a prominent role. Haydn wrote this Mass during the turmoil of war and the beautiful, soaring melodies continue to bring peace of mind during troubled times. Please join us!
